Where's Scouto?

Scout has a relatively new habit of hiding somewhere in our bedroom. Can you find her? Hint-she's not wearing a red and white striped shirt!

Let's Go For a Hike!

Hiking has become a weekend tradition. Two weeks ago we headed to Marin to hike the Blithedale Trail. We followed our hike with lunch at a cute spot in downtown Mill Valley, sitting on the patio and enjoying the sun. Yesterday we hiked in the Marin Headlands. The four and a half mile hike was 90% uphill and 100% awesome. Unfortunately, we forgot the camera, but our mental memories and the soreness we're feeling today are memory enough!

Jackpot!

Because dog treats and supplies are typically cheaper online, and because they're a lot cheaper than in San Francisco, I placed a big order for Scout last week. She was so excited, she jumped right into the box and started digging around.

Fort Funston Fun

We went to Fort Funston last weekend, and it has to be one of the most beautiful places in San Francisco. We walked along the bluffs above the ocean and then dropped down to the beach. Scout had a grand old time chasing birds and an old tennis ball she found. Again, not loving the bath that inevitably comes after a beach visit, but she thinks it's worth it. Come visit and we'll take you!

A Visit from GM and GP

Scott's parents came out for a visit and we had a great time. Highlights included record-breaking tours, covering over 20 neighborhoods in one day, a day in Napa, a beautiful hike, and lots of fun with the Wii. We can't wait until GM and GP come back!

Sleepy Saturday

I have a bit of a stomach bug, so today was a pretty mellow day. I went to the vet this morning and am feeling much better. As a result, we had a mellow Saturday, with the exception of a brisk walk to and romp in the park.

Collar Queen

So...I kind of have a lot of collars. My daddy is really obsessed with them, he likes changing them frequently, based on the weather and his mood. Who knew he was such a stylish guy? Which is your favorite?
